Tasting Notes

Aroma

Aromatics of white flowers, apple blossom and citrus.

Palate

Zippy acid balanced with fruit flavours. The nose can be a bit restrained, but the palate opens nicely and focuses the fruit to the back palate with the acid.

Vinification

A Canberra regional blend, consisting of 9 different vineyard parcels. Grapes were hand harvested between 10.7 and 12 Baume, then whole bunch pressed. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel tanks and the wine held on light lees until bottling in June 2025.

A perfect drink on a warm day, with its light aromatics and flavours. A delicate mix of white stone fruit and citrus, a hint of green mango, with the acidity refreshing as much as directing this to a decent finish. A smidge of sweetness rounds out the palate well. Points: 93/100
