Palate
The palate is silky with lovely red fruits and smooth subtle tannins. Purity is the theme.
Vinification
Each variety was picked and fermented
seperately. 100% de-stemmed with and fermented on
skins for 14 days. Pressed to old Puncheons and Amphoras. Matured
for 12 months and bottled.
