On the palate the wine is lively with lovely tannins and a crunchy and long finish
Vinification
De-stemmed, fermented on skins with an extended maturation of 30 days post ferment. Matured in old French oak puncheons for 18 months.

Sangiovese is the famed grape of Tuscany and is responsible for some of the most revered and celebrated red wine in Italy.
