Gary Walsh
Liquorice, earth and spice, blackberry and cherry, black tea, and a whole lot of perfume. Medium-bodied, tea and damp earth, stony too, with a heap of aromatic lift on the palate, dusty and powdery tannin, raspberry and gravel, and a very long finish. I reckon this is one of the best wines I’ve tasted from 2018. It’s a hoot. Points: 95/100
