Bright, refreshing red that deserves a chill but can do plusher and generous if you don’t. Red cherry, kirsch, blueberry, dried herbs and a bit of ferrous, game meat character. Very lively feel, a kirsch-like lick to finish in that somewhat savoury-led palate. Fine tannin pucker, bright acidity a feature with crushed rock minerality in tow. Good! Points: 92/100
