The sole focus at Southern Light Vineyards is to craft exceptional pinot noir and chardonnay from Australia’s most southerly, cool-climate wine regions. They have three vineyards planted across the Mornington Peninsula and the Yarra Valley, producing wines that express the inherent diversity of each vineyard. Their first release is from Ghostgum Vineyard in Main Ridge, Mornington Peninsula. Here, they farm 15 acres of pinot noir and chardonnay on a gentle, east-facing slope.
