stargazer lily, kumquat, and fennel, with the unique concentration and structure that will only
improve with cellaring.
Maturation
10 months in French oak, 50% new.
Palate
This wine is perfectly balanced with flavors of honeycomb, nectarine
preserves, and almond. The finish is round and mouthwatering, with lingering flavors on the palate.
