Buddha's Hand, along with sea buckthorn.
Straightforward, with flinty aroma and cool minerality.
Vinification
100% healthy & ripe grapes, pressed directly,
spontaneously fermented, max. 2% aged in wood (for
micro-oxidation), 98% aged in stainless steel tanks.
