Aroma
On the nose it offers delicate aromas of small red fruits, citrus such as mandarin, marine notes and aromatic herbs.
Maturation
With its natural fine lees for 8 months and then in bottle.
Appearance
A pale pink colour with coppery reflections typical of the “onion-skin” hue.
Palate
On the palate it is fresh, savoury and elegant, with a fine, harmonious texture and a pleasant mineral finish.
Vinification
In concrete tanks, without maceration, after a slow hydraulic pressing.
Region Notes
Soil is dark brown in colour, volcanic in origin, well-drained almost sandy in
some parts. Neutral pH, not calcareous, mostly very rich in iron and nitrogen.
