Pale pink. High toned but restrained aromas of rosehip, dried herb and white peach flit in and out of detection. The palate is dry with mild austerity to the oyster shell and floral flavours which stain the bony, chalky structure underneath. A refined and elegant rosé with finesse rather than a blockbuster.
