Pale pink. High toned but restrained aromas of rosehip, dried herb and white peach flit in and out of detection. The palate is dry with mild austerity to the oyster shell and floral flavours which stain the bony, chalky structure underneath. A refined and elegant rosé with finesse rather than a blockbuster. Disgorged 10/24. Points: 93/100

The Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir and spends 24 months on its yeast lees, resulting in a fine mousse with harmonious strawberry, peach tea and brioche characters, excellent flavour depth, finesse and a fine chalky texture.
