Disgorged 01/07/26. Pale, candy-pink with a persistent, fine mousse. Complex and layered, carrying a hint of flinty reduction alongside the myriad spice, wet stone, rhubarb brioche, tart cherry, ume and dried floral notes which unfurl from the glass. Tightly wound around its cool, crisp acidity, it remains stark, dry and chalky while clearly harbouring good fruit weight underneath. Long and dry on the refreshingly crystalline finish, it can be enjoyed now or allowed to develop savoury interest in bottle. Quietly concentrated yet elegant and detailed. Points: 93/100

Pale light cherry with an energetic bead and mousse. Aromas of red cherry, redcurrant and strawberry fruits with underlying hints of rose petals, crushed riverstone, red berry cream, quiet shortbread notes, wildflowers and light pastry and leesy tones. Crisp and dry with a pleasing tension between red fruits and the saline, mineral-laden acidity. The finish is sustained, with layered red fruits and a lovely sense of balance. Points: 93/100

Pale pink. High toned but restrained aromas of rosehip, dried herb and white peach flit in and out of detection. The palate is dry with mild austerity to the oyster shell and floral flavours which stain the bony, chalky structure underneath. A refined and elegant rosé with finesse rather than a blockbuster. The Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir and spends 24 months on its yeast lees, resulting in a fine mousse with harmonious strawberry, peach tea and brioche characters, excellent flavour depth, finesse and a fine chalky texture. Very good length. Points: 94/100
