A modern, medium-bodied Australian Shiraz. The nose shows bright red fruits and savoury spice,
which follows onto the palate.
Palate
Primary, bright fruits balanced by soft, savoury tannins and a
crunchy acidity adds to the wine’s complexity.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel open top vats, the fruit was destemmed but not crushed, ensuring
as many whole berries as possible were in the fermenter. All blocks were fermented separately
and matured in mostly newer large format French Oak (2,700L) and some barriques (225L) until
October 2024, when they were blended to create the Estate Grown blend.
Vintage Notes
The 2023 vintage in the Hunter Valley was exceptional and has produced wines
with great character and structure.

the wines by hand, focusing on two iconic Hunter Valley varietals: Chardonnay and Shiraz.
