Fine Flintstone aroma, crisp and juicy, yellow fruit with
fully ripe peach and passionfruit.
Vinification
100% healthy, hand selected grapes. The fruit is
gently and directly pressed to preserve its natural
freshness and delicate aromatics. Fermentation and
ageing take place entirely in stainless steel tanks for full
clarity and precision while showcasing the pure
character of the fruit and the Devonian slate soils it
comes from.
